Delivery time
After placing your order, you will receive your order within 5 to 7 working days. Within 1 to 2 days after you place your order you will receive the track & trace code of your order.

Delivery costs 
An extra amount of 20 EUR for shipping costs is added to your order during your checkout.

Order incomplete 
It is possible that your order has been sent in several packages and the remaining part of your order will be delivered later. In this case you will receive two track & trace codes. Is this not the case and is your order incomplete? Please contact customer service.
